Disneys Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo is possibly one of Disney’s best films to date, If you tune into The Disney Channel on satellite you should be able to catch it at some stage along with many other classic Disney films and TV series.
Finding nemo stars the vocal talents of Albert Brooks as Marlin, Ellen Degeres as Dory and Alexander Gould as the voice of Nemo.
The film focuses on the touching journey of young clown fish Nemo who’s over protective father Marlon is scared to let him do anything after losing his mum and the rest of his babies at the start of the film. Now that Nemo is his only child he vows to protect him at all costs.
However, on little Nemo’s first day of school he swims out to a boat to impress his other classmates and ends up being captured by a diver and taken back to land where he is put in an aquarium full of other fish.
Marlin then embarks on a quest to find and rescue his son, meeting new friends and acquaintances on the way such as the extremely forgetful but loveable Dory, a female fish who has no family. The two become friends and search for Nemo together.
There are many different adventures and mishaps along the way, with some classic comedy moments provided mostly by Dory.
The kids will love watching this film, it is colourful and imaginative, and really captures the essence of the ocean, with all the different special affects and technology used making it a beautiful and realistic looking experience.
If you are looking for something to keep the kids happy, simply pop them in front of the satellite TV Disney channel when this is next showing and watch them be completely engrossed in the adventures of Nemo and his friends for the next hour and a half.
